TCM Designs was founded on the belief that great quality work can be achieved through clear communication. We have tried; but unfortunately failed miserably at being mind readers. We want to hear your ideas and thoughts in regards to your project. Our team will answer your emails and calls. We understand that there is no way to get to the finish line unless we can work together to achieve the goal. That mentality has served us well with clients and drawn quite a bit of praise.
Who will you be working with?
Taylor Manuma- Founder/Partner
Taylor has more than 20 years construction experience. Taught by his grandfather, he has personally completed all the trades/steps needed to build a home from the ground up. Combine that with a design degree and the finished product commonly turns out better than imagined. He is an avid boater and loves to spend time on the water.
Jacob Montague-Partner/Manager
Jacob grew up in Northwest Florida and graduated from FSU. He built his prior company from the ground up and sold it to spend more time with his growing family. Jacob manages the day to day operations and makes sure the crews stay on task. He provides progress reports and communicates vital change to the rest of the team.
Patrick Sodders- Master Carpenter
Patrick comes to us from the Mid-west and brings years of practical hands on experience. He is vital to us making sure the proposed plan is actually feasible and helps provide a material/schedule for each project. There is no shortage of positivity from on a daily basis.
